On Thanksgiving day, our seminary intern, Hayley, will be on Advent’s Zoom from 11am until 3pm. You are invited to drop in whenever you like to cook with company, and to sit down for a meal and conversation at 2pm. Come for all four hours or for 15 minutes. All are welcome to come and go, say hello, and to share a meal together.

This is for anyone and everyone, but especially those who do not want to cook alone, or who would love some company while eating their food! Hayley plans on making turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn and gravy with ice cream as the dessert. You can make that alongside her, or prepare your own food while chatting on Zoom together.

If you have a turkey and would like to eat it at 2 PM with the zoom group, make sure to have it thawed out before we start at 11. Hayley wants to point out she is NOT a chef so going to Google for all cooking questions would be beneficial.
