Turning Tables Tuesday 2025
A Day for Celebrating & Co-Conspiring
Justice, Service, & Beloved Community
What is it | On April 15, from 3pm to 9pm, AdventNYC (2504 Broadway) is hosting Turning Tables Tuesday as part of our Holy Week experience. Though driven by the Gospel story of Jesus turning over tables of injustice in the temple, this event is open to all people, no matter their faith background, and strives to build networks and connections, inspiring agency and community engagement.
Goal | Rather than flipping tables, we are setting up tables for people doing justice in their corner of the world to share, connect and collaborate with the community. We are looking to empower people and build beloved community that makes a difference in the world.
Who | This event is open to everyone! Please share widely.
What to Expect | Over 30 justice, advocacy and service organizations will be represented throughout the day - inside, outside and throughout the building. See the schedule and list of organizations below and check back often as it continues to expand and shift.
